Developed by clinicians for clinicians, the FLASH Program recognises that effective clinical leadership is closely linked to patient safety and other quality outcomes. The program aims to enhance the confidence and capability of healthcare leaders to undertake leadership roles and drive positive change in the healthcare system.
Since the inception of FLASH, I have served as a teaching faculty member and the program’s professional coach, leading the well-being component and equipping participants with a comprehensive 'self-care toolkit' to support their leadership journey.
